In single player, spawns are perfectly fine, but in multiplayer, no spawns occur at all - hostile or friendly. At first when starting the world, mobs were spawning fine, but after a while ...It may sound weird, but the bug didn't impact boss spawning items. It was only cosmolight, and both tears. If using Fargo's mutant mod it also happened with any event summoning items from that mod. Not bosses though.
