Seemingly because it is set to friends only, it needs to be set to public if you want to start a server with it. Thanks for that. But most of the mod on workshop I downloaded from a friend. Now he's too busy to keep the server running so I have to become the host. How do I set the mod into public?

The normal termination is most common when using mods I noticed. Starting a dedicated server seems to fix this issue though. This guide can walk you through if you want to try that.
