Sounds like a stick drift to me. I fixed mine with some isopropyl alkohol and q-tips. Just put a tiny bit of the alkohol on the q-tip and rub it on the area where the stick is connected with the controller. Now spin the stick around for a bit to make sure the alkohol gets everywhere. And then let it dry for a bit before you use it again.I’ve had my Quest 2 years now, you shouldn’t have stick drift this early. There’s some videos on YouTube that I would recommend but you shouldn’t have to pop open a brand new controller. The YouTube tutorial isn’t that bad. You just have to pop off the black joystick cover, pop the Joystick tips off and pop them back on.
