Jul 31, 2021 · I have to use VPN to bypass whatever throttling/caching/poor routing is going on to have a smooth experience. Hopefully when OCE servers come out this wont be necessary. (120 ping without issue vs 180 and sometimes freezes ingame without VPN on japanese servers, tested by command prompt ping to data centre) #2.
Anyone else experiencing GCD/oGCD delays ever since the patch? It feels absolutely abysmal to play on. Final Fantasy 14 (or FFXIV) is one of my favorite games.. I started playing it on the PS3 in 2012 and graduated to the PS4 in 2014 (thanks to Square Enix's free upgrade after dropping PS3 support in 2013).. But when I switched from PS4 to PC in 2019, I started experiencing crazy amounts of lag - despite having an MSI gaming PC and a 200 Mbps download speed!The game runs terribly.
