I did it just fine damn near on accident very recently. Downloaded a package with 1.28 and BMBF, quest 3, all updated out it box brand new. 2 things I think helped, one was using side quest, the second was putting files into the OBB folder via side quest.

PlayStation will most likely not have Custom Song support as Playstation isn't a big fan of modding. I love BeatSaber and it's probably the most fun game on PSVR2 and also gives you excersize. However, the song selection is, frankly, garbage. It is really bad. AND you have to pay a bunch of money to even get the extra garbage... Just drag the plug-ins folder from it to your beat saber folder. Probably have to have mod program installed. Ez google search will tell yuh how.
