BCM in my experience over torques the snot out of their barrel nuts. I've heard of people gaining accuracy by merely loosening and re-torquing their barrel down. The only BCM I've tested for accuracy was a standard 16" gov barreled quad, and it shot about 1.25" at 100yds for five most of the time with 77gr black hills.

Their CHF Midweight's are perfectly gassed and the same specs as FN bbls. Pairing it with their tabbed/pinned gas block would make for a extremely durable setup. I have a BCM 14.5 lightweight bbl and my Centurion bbl is a bit more accurate than it with some 77gr pills. Also seems better gassed.

I know lightweight barrels heat up faster, which I would have to imagine causes some extra wear.
