As for TagMo I've tried all the versions from 2.3.0 through 2.3.4beta as I said and they all crash. I have the keys and a bin that supposedly has 20 heart data as well as instructions on which values to change even if the bin doesn't work. It just doesn't matter though since it crashes every time.

Either you haven't loaded your keys, haven't loaded any bin files, or have a version of TagMo before 3.9 that still took a while to load the files.
