Your other wad option would be an SG20S from BPI in presently manufactured wads. Other wad options would be discontinued WAA20F1 or SP20. Your hunch is correct, they are not the same. The SP20 is 1.540" long with a shot cup depth of 1.050" = 1 oz. The "S" designation was added later when they stitched the petals together.
