Military Base That Isn't Showing on PZMP. All credit goes to Snow Wolf! If you check near the Rosewood in "Project Zomboid Map Project", there's a road lead to nowhere in middle of highway. But if you go there, you'll find that map is lying and dirt road that lead you somewhere. This may get you lost in the woods or get killed.
One possiblity is the base was housing a lot of infected people, or the Military corralled a lot of people into the base fences as a part of a quarantine measure. The infection broke out and most of the civilians got infected, so the Military forces evacuated.The hardware store RIGHT next to the food market gives you all the tools needed to build everything you will need. The fact that the base is atop a food market and just down the road from a giga store, gives you a ton of food to grab store and focus on carpentry / farming. It is really a perfect early and late game base.with organized trait it's 36 for military backpack vs 35 for large backpack, without I think 28-27, not sure thou. A Military Backpack also has more Weight Reduction (87%) than a Large Backpack (85%).
