TripleJay Apr 7, 2018 @ 11:10am. seamoth destroyed, upgrades lost. so, one of these monsters killed my seamoth and the upgrades got lost too. i had that 300m upgrade expansion, i wanted to re-craft it but the station only shows i can craft depth compensation module 2 and 3 but not 1. obviously, 2 and 3 are not even possible without 1 :/.

Someone discovered a glitch - if you switch to the repair tool while entering Seamoth, you can use it while inside, to repair as it takes damage in real time. Load the repair tool with a ion battery and you can go damn far before it runs out. There's a mod on Nexus that among a ton of changes has Seamoth upgrade that goes to 1800m.
