The frame can be repaired. It also wore into the scraper and the scraper mount channel. This is also repaired.

Depending on the baler model the tension system relief vavle determines how much pressure is built in the system. 2400 is the maximum pressure for a 648. I would avoid loosening any lines.

The manual says that it will do a 3' to 4 1/2' bale. My baler stops making the bale at about 3 foot. It continues to pick up hay but it get clogged up in the front.
