Madden 23 face of franchise glitch.
It may actually be related to the player's name. We've seen some cases where the name is triggering some kind of filter, so it doesn't allow that player to be used. It's something we've sent up to the Madden team for investigation, but I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share at the moment. I'd recommend checking out this thread for more ...
Face of Franchise glitch. So I just got madden 22 since it’s free on gamepass and it is still terrible.. I tried to enjoy it but my player got a speed bonus and it glitched somehow and made him sooo slow. It was painful. I am playing on defense for Face of the Franchise league mode. I don’t like having the camera locked on my player but don’t see how to change it. Is there a way? Yeah go into franchise settings and turn on full on field control. You'll have to control all your players then though. I am not seeing where to change it.

EA has not released a patch to fix this glitch as of this date. Because of this glitch, Face of the Franchise is unplayable. This is absolutely unacceptable. 2 people had this problem.
