Leave it on for 30-60 seconds. Then open the door and check burnpot for heat from the igniter. Dont directly touch the bottom of the pot, You should be able to feel heat if igniter is coming on w/out touching it. If there is no heat it is a vacuum issue. If there is heat it is a auger/auger motor issue.

It's been working like a champ up until this week, where now it's feeding pellets too quickly into the burn pot.
