They ask to to deposit 3700 before I can withdraw and I said no I don't have such fund now. I deposited 1000 because my agent said I can withdraw if I did.Gosplitty said the Gm refused to cancel on their end I payed for two reservations due to me believing I was dealing with a honesty person. I spend 10 yr in Hospitality, and very disappointed in my stay. I was charged 40 dollars for a upgrade. After reading reviews of Gosplitty, and not getting answers to telephone calls, I was concerned about the $1000.00 I paid in advance for a hotel in Paris. However, a few days before the hotel stay, Gosplitty AND the hotel came through with a confirmation. The upscale (Place Vendom) hotel accepted the Gosplitty voucher.
