The Voigtlander 40mm f/1.2 Nokton is not a hefty lens. At 415g, it's rather light considering its f/1.2 aperture. In comparison, the Voigtlander 35mm f/1.7 Ultron with adapter and PCX is exactly 100g lighter at 315g. The lens has impressive build similar to other Nokton lenses.

I'd be going for the lighter and smaller Tamron 70-180 f2.8 G2 over the Sigma 70-200. Everyone is different for sure. They are only seperated by $200 price wise. But the Tarmon is 1lb lighter and 2 inches shorter, of course that being not extended. One pound might not sound like a lot unless you are hiking several miles.
