I got a p365 grip module for when I want to carry something smaller. The modularity is why I am now such a fan of Sig. Opinion: the tac ops is an excellent value. Roughly the same MSRP but real world prices seem to be slightly lower than the x macro, plus two extra $50/each magazines, plus in a desirable configuration. It was honestly a brilliant move by Sig. Realistically, fewer people will want the comp vs the xl slide.

The end of the slide is modified to include a dual-port compensator. Unlike the 3.7-inch barrel of the SIG P365 XL, the SIG P365 XMACRO uses a 3.1-inch barrel. The "comp" isn't very effective. We're talking about something that only gets gassed a tiny bit before the barrel blocks the comp as the slide reciprocates. You're exhanging almost an inch of barrel length to have the inherently least effective comp you could design. I think the x macro and tacops have the same finish.

When it raises up pry it up the rest of the way with a finger nail. Be careful not to lose the small spring inside. FWIW I found the P365 mag switch to be harder than the P320.
