To destroy in seconds you'll need to fully build the mech and farm/buy mods. Use Fluctus as archgun, it can destroy the shield thingies through the walls (around 48m punch through), and use the Mech's 4 to destroy the orphix (Fluctus does no damage to them). I recommend Voidrig unless you are ok with jumping to hit the core with Bonewidow's sword.
