Any talisman recommendations would be awesome too! Moonveil is insanely good, might be the best weapon in the entire game (or top 10). It does a lot of damage, and most importantly it can stagger enemies and bosses very quickly. Kinda conflicting builds. Ideally for bleed you wanna stack arcane. Remindme! 2 days.

Looks like your stats are fine as is to me, I guess if you're doing a cold nagakiba I'd swap those 3 extra points from dex (min req for nagakiba is 22) and give them to int since dex scaling will be less anyway. And for moonveil of course you want int. Str is min for nagakiba and fai/arc are base I assume, after that you're fine.

Rivers of Blood or Nagakiba which is better if build right. RoB aka the gank spammer 3000. RoB is subpar other than its weapon art. If you want to use the entire moveset, Nagakiba is going to be better for you. If you want to mindlessly hit L2, RoB wins.

Uchi, Nagakiba, Flamberge, Scythe all work at least. Many others work as well. Double slash is a pretty good ash of war for all these bleed weapons. Thunderbolt is a really good AoW for this build.
