May 27, 2023 · It is a common Kawasaki Mule 2510 problem but it is relatively easy to deal with. Possible causes of engine overheating are: Malfunctioning sensor. Faulty or worn out radiator. Low coolant level. Clogged or leaking coolant tank. Faulty or worn out thermostat. Faulty or worn out cooling fan. Water pump may be damaged. To solve this you have to run the Mule until it gets warm and then park it on a hill with the nose up in the air. Let it cool completly down then check your coolant level on level ground. 9 out of ten times that will solve the problem.
