I have the exact same issue with my Nest Hello. My router (ASUS RT-AC88u) is 15' and one wall away from the Nest Hello and it randomly goes offline as well. I have my 5Ghz with a separate SSID so it's not switching to 2.4Ghz. I honestly think it's a firmware/software issue in the Nest Hello.

Shouldn't be a problem. I have my network on a single SSID for both 2.4 and 5 Ghz. My lock only goes offline when my router goes out. I think rebooting the router helped my lock reconnect. It takes 10-30 minutes for the lock to reconnect. Try rebooting your router and maybe factory reset your lock. 1.
