I've tried uninstalling it, shutting the phone down and re-installing it again bout nothing seem to work. Uninstall the game and just delete the geometry dash appdata folder. It just has songs in it anyway and steam will make a new one when you reinstall. Could also be steam acting up, so you can try uninstalling steam and reinstalling it. If not its an issue on your end, meaning it's either windows or outdated drivers.

If you think you're experiencing the same problem, go to Device Manager > Display adaptors > [your graphics driver] > Right click > Properties > Driver > Rollback. After I uninstalled the update, the game started working right then. I didn't even have to restart Steam.
