The red squiggly here indicates that it doesn't see anything plugged into your Ethernet WAN port. Verify that wiring. If you are using a MoCA Adapter, make sure it is up and running as well. Basically, if you have ethernet plugged into the WAN port of the NVG468MQ, then the other side isn't plugged or is off/broken.
