I plan to go to obie but their underwriting is quick and they seem kind of expensive. Are they trustworthy? I haven't used Obie but no reason why you can't shop around. Just ask for vacant/unoccupied home insurance. There’s insurers for everything you can imagine. I’m sure vacant property is pretty common.
