It's located under the driver's side dash, then to the left. Just remove the two top bolts (one is black in the picture) and the one bottom bolt. It maybe getting stuck with something in its way or you may have a bad blend door actuator.The passengers temp door actuator is located towards the center of the dash and the recir door located at the outer side of the dash. Put you hand on the actuators when they are making the noise and you can feel which actuator is bad. Replace that actuator by removing the screws (2) that hold it on.
