Yes, the 300 page doc is made from Khan Academy which is in my opinion the best resource for P/S review we have for AAMC stuff. Third-party books aren't really as on the nose as Khan Academy.
If youre crunched on time and just want to get the main points (high yield), then 86 doc is probably sufficient. If you rly knew everything on the 300 pg doc, youd probably get a few more questions right than if you only knew the 100 pg doc, but in terms of efficiency/most bang for your buck, the 100 pg doc will get you 95% of the same info in 1/3 or 1/2 the time
Spend more time w/ the 300 page document. It is one of the best book sets availability for having near-total depth of content without going way too far into detail. There is still too much detail in some places. You hear different opinions from different people because different people are different. Get UWorld anyway.
