How to use soul trap skyrim.
My character still reels once hit and immediately dies, even with the ward up. you can knock over the crystals on the pillars. they are what are shootign the fireballs. if your manage to knock them over (magic or arrows or some other way) they will stop casting fireballs at you. This trap has killed me like 20 times.

To enchant a weapon with Soul trap you do indeed have to find a weapon with the enchantment and then disenchant it. You get one after doing the first main quest in Whiterun where you help kill the dragon. Personally, I found it easier to take the conjuration perk that gives bound weapons the soul trap ability.Base Value. 986. Level. 10.
