No one seems to care at Bethesda/Microsoft. Seems to be a common issue on Xbox one s, series s and Xbox one with or without mods. It's a common problem across the board. Try finding some mods to reduce enemy count and maybe something for boston. This is a known issue on Xbox S consoles and can't be permanently fixed.

It just looks and feels like butter on the Series S, but unfortunately I guess it's back to the PS4 version.
