How to reset a verizon cable box.
10-09-2022 10:38 PM. My remote has stopped working for the box. Tv function still works and the same remote will work in the bedroom, so it seems to be a box issue. However, the box will turn and manually change when I press buttons on the box itself. I’ve already reset the box twice, changed remote batteries, and all other known potential fixes.
