Update: I spoke with a Delta phone rep checked me out so I could check in again. That didn't work. But I learned something. Apparently, there are (are at least) two lists for a segment. 1) a list of upgrade eligible passengers who've requested upgrades on a segment. 2) a separate "airport standby upgrade list" (what we see on the app).
