My bad. Like you mentioned, someone in gen chat would probably help start it and bounce after the guild was formed. You need 4 players to start a Guild. You can ask around on Fleet for someone to help you start it and then leave if you need an extra person or two. People can be accommodating that way.Not the people playing those charachters.
