I have been a XFinity Customer for 2 years in the Berlin, MD area. Last 2 years, I had The lowest TV tier and the 100/10 internet service. I was able to place my account on a seasonal hold, reduce my bill by 100/month, and maintain internet connection to the property (albeit slow) for home automations (Homekit Lights and cameras).But to keep the venue safe and comfy for all guests, they've created a set of guidelines that must be followed.
