Long time Condointernet/WaveG customer (3+ years). They've been fantastic. I generally get great customer service and haven't had much in the way of downtown/billing issues. However, recently I had a week long issue where I was getting 14% packet loss and 2mbps to 10mbps out of the 100 I should have been getting. That said, in this last outage and even before that automated message is literally +2hours from now, round to top of the hour for when the service was estimated to be fixed.
