How do I fix uverse not available at this time? Responses. Unplug the gateway, DVR, WAP, all wireless receivers. After at least 15 secs. plug the gateway back in an let if fully reboot. Plug the DVR back in. Hopefully it should boot up ok. If the DVR is now working plug the WAP back in. Finally plug the wireless receivers back in.To perform the Factory Reset, simply locate the small red button on the back of the gateway, press and hold it down for 15 seconds.
