The Xfinity people on the phone have send "hits" to the TiVo box but that does not change anything. Our internet still works and we can view Netflix, Hulu, etc over the TiVo Bolt just fine. Heres a good test to reproduce problems if you have both a Roamio and a Mini: 1) Tune an encrypted channel on the Roamio -- I used A&E. 2) If you try to watch the same channel on your Mini, the Tivo will use two tuners to do so. 3) V58 errors galore every 5-10 minutes on the Mini.

Additionally it appears that Tivo App (Android) sees the Tivo, however when I attempt to connect to the box it just hangs. and sometimes provides a 'Signon Error' message. Signal is bad or card is. Most likely you have good downstream but bad upstream so the card can't stay paired. I had this happen plenty of times.
