TradeStation signals that are sent to NinjaTrader must be from a strategy in TradeStation. I am not sure how the API works; if you are able to use the TradingView alerts to trigger actions in a TradeStation strategy this might be possible. You would likely need to reach out to TradeStation support for additional information.
To record these files, I believe I need to have my TradeStation running and to have a chart or scanner running for the data to be exported/recorded to NT.
