Hi, I'm not really literate with this sort of thing but the installation seemed extremely simple; drag and drop the files into Kuro's folder, replace all, start the game. However, after doing this, none of the text is translated and the game remains in Korean.
I'm tempted to play Kuro no Kiseki. NISA back in March released their version with Durante Optimization with no English and they promised the English Patch (Dub and Sub) will come later down the line.
