In terms in comprehensive ness though, the 300 page doc goes into more detail and includes all possible testable content. The kaplan is not enough. The 300 has everything and has just enough info to know. The thing is you are going through it the first time so it will be tough to understand. You have to cover it at least 2-3 times by the time you take the mcat. 3.

The 300 page doc is notes were typed up from several users on here and also verified by several users, from watching the KhanAcademy videos for the P/S section, which KhanAcademy is verified by the AAMC. I've heard so many people say to toss the Kaplan book for P/S because it just simply doesn't go as in depth as you need it to be.
