I would disconnect it from power for 30 minutes and the turn the power back on and see what happens. If the update failed, it should try updating again. You can follow the steps below for troubleshooting. 1. Reconnect the adapter to the charging base. Make sure the white power indicator on the charging base lights up. 2.
