May 26, 2018 · Loss of power. Hey. I have a 2012 avenger sxt 2.4l. For some reason when i hit the gas my electrical light flashes fo a solit seccond and i loose all acceleration. The car runs and drives fine until i get on the highway or if i step on the gas to "pass" someone. Ive replaced the battery and the alternator. Welcome to the Forumz Dekota.
