I had to go through HELL for them to replace my pump (no truck for 3 weeks) when it acted like it ran out of fuel with a full tank.
IF the engine will not start then you're either missing spark, fuel, the fuel is contaminated, or there is a mechanical engine issue. Fuel pressure needs to be verified with a gauge and a sample could also be taken. Yes. Try disconnecting your battery for 15 mins then reconnect, use the remote to lock the door then unlock and see if it starts. I have not tried this one, will try tonight.
