Yeah it has a weird issue which locks it at 20 fps. If you want to run it at 30 you would need to download a mod called static 30 fps from their discord channel. 60 fps stable is just a dream for now in yuzu ... It's not so bad, since BotW first appeared on Yuzu, Yuzu has improved also many people have bought more powerful computers. So people were better off with BotW on CEMU then and now, you'll soon be able to run TotW on Yuzu too.

In all the games I've played in Yuzu so far I'm getting 1080p 60fps locked with a Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060, doubt that's the minimum for 1080p@60 but can look around those specs to start off.
