Apr 17, 2009 · I was shocked at how poor the Verizon selection of free movies is. For two services that are so comparable and in direct competition to be so far apart on the number of free movies offered is really disappointing. Verizon is outright poor -- anyone who asks me about the two services, I will be sure to mention this a big drawback of Verizon.

Rented a movie but it won't play. No other OnDemand shows work either on both TVs connected to Fios. Regular TV and Internet are working ok. I did the "unplug router for 10 seconds" dance routine, but no luck. Not impressed with this "upgraded" Fios. Was on hold for almost 30 minutes and bailed on that mess. And I thought Comcast was bad. Within minutes of him updating server information with new ONT serial number all of my Verizon Fios DVR/Media boxes were working flawlessly.
