Duramax acceleration problems.

2012 6.6 DEF continuous problems. Hi all, I'm here for help. I have a 2012 GMC 2500 6.6 I have 115,000 miles on it and over the past 50,000 miles I've had to have the DEF injector replaced and the entire DEF tank replaced. Last night I got the "poor" DEF fluid quality message with speed restrictions in 99 miles.A day later it was so loud you couldn't ignore it. Starts when you accelerate at lows speeds and by the time you're up to about 45/50mph it quiets down to the point where you only hear it slightly on heavy acceleration.
