I also have SPT Realism & Amandsgraphics. Another post below mentions: Edit: renamed folder to zzgunsmith to make sure it's the very last mod to be loaded and I now see all the guns. Mods I suspect was causing the issue are SPT-Realism and Softcore. So looks like SPT Realism is the issue.

I recently saw a video on cursed guns in sptarkov and I wanted to make my own. However I can’t find the mod they used, can anyone help? One I can think of is called Lua's All In Weapon. I think there may be another but I can't recall the name. You can find it on the SPT-AKI mod page.
