Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working.

I've owned my pacifica for 2 months. I've been listening to some music through a sub jump drive that goes below the console next to the aux input. All of a sudden it stopped playing my music and the dash kept saying connect device. I tried another jump drive just to check and the same thing occurred. I've already replaced fuse 77 and fuse 76.Watch on. You just need to unplug 3 fuses in the fuse box, then plug them back in. See link for the YouTube video below showing the fuses that you need to unplug.
