Try exiting out of the Steam client, or Galaxy for the GOG version, and starting the game directly from the '..\SteamApps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin' folder, by right clicking the executable (bg3.exe for Vulkan, or bg3_dx11.exe) and running as administrator. Consistent Screen Bugs on split screen after patch. Playing local splitscreen with the wife and the game is nearly unplayable after the patch. Every conversation black screens the second player and cutscenes leave snippets of the last scene on both players screens upon conclusion. Same here! This is setting back my weekend plans for co-op!

Not even bypassing the Larian launcher by navigating to your BG3 bin folder and "running as administrator" the exe. I thought that surely doing that and running the bg3_dx11.exe as admin would work. On a whim, I tried doing the same thing, "run as administrator" but with "bg3.exe" which would launch in vulkan. By some miracle it worked.
