Pups…most are beat to crap and the roll up doors are mostly Fubar’ed, shop has at least 20 a day lined up for door repairs. I make over $100k at freight, and I'm near the bottom of the board. I run a shuttle run with mandatory dock work, I usually work 3-5 hours on the dock every night. Our 401k matches 8%.
