After a LONG explanation, they started researching. Here is what I was just told an hour or so ago: The ROUTER is discontinued by T-mobile. They no longer provide one. If one has one, it will stop working correctly. They are expected to procure their OWN router. FIRST I EVER HEARD of this.

That doesn't work because the phones don't connect to the CellSpot via wifi. IIRC the only MAC address the router sees is the one for the CellSpot, not the devices connected to it since it essentially creates a VPN back to T-Mobile.
