Mine was level 11 500 points and level 16 1000 points and I got 19 like a week ago and 21 just recently. When I clicked on it the offer was either $210 or $233 or something but I can't find any screenshots or posts that match up with how much my level 11 and level 16 paid out but I know it was over $200 total for level 31 which I know I can't get on time.
Does Puzzles and Survival require level 30 if I started it when it was hq 17. Puzzles and Survival was changed to go up to level 30 for 8100 Swagbucks but if I started it when it it was 7000 Swagbucks for headquarters 17 do I still only have to go to headquarters 17? Def worth it to get to the lower stages quickly. The resource requirements go up exponentially at level 23. Puzzle and Survival not pending. I have submitted a ticket but the offer has now expired, I got a video and screenshot to prove it. Any suggestions as they don't seem to be responding. Send them the screenshots and videos in your ticket ... With that said, the free resources given by the game is enough to get through to HQ17. The main place to get speedups is from the ruins. As long as you do ruins on the select days, you should have enough speedups to breeze through to the end. Arena shop is also a good source for speedups.

The bigger the alliance and more active the better. Active clans also have an incentive to help you grow, because more active players facilitate better rewards during events. (Showdown, Defense, Dead Rising etc.)

Assuming this is comparable to most of the other city builders like Ant Legion, Puzzles & Survival, etc. the level 31 reward is always a trap. You'd have to spend more than you'd get back. Massive whales grind these games for months and still don't make it to level 31 (or even 30, if it goes pending a level early).
