D'amarr is right, INT and RES help the most with the dialogue choices. However they are absolutely of useless in combat for a Rogue. I'd advise for high MIG, DEX and PER. MIG and DEX will not give you silver tongues dialogue choices but PER will definitly give you some good things to pick. But they are not in a persuasive nature.

Sure its possible. Rogues are the best ranged class simple because 90% of rogue skills work for ranged weapons. Ps. Guns sucks on rogue , they are way better with some fast bow , simple because rogue have a passive skill that make 15% of your hits criticals.. so faster weapon benefit better from it.

The only Rogue build that deals ungodly amount of damage is the Dual Sabres Rogue because they give +50% crit multiplier each. (Purgatory + Resolution) Enchant both with Superb and Durgan Steel upgrades. Put Corrode damage and Vessel damage on both too since there are so many Vessel type enemies in the game.
